Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using Business OS.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Business OS ("Service"), operated by Business OS Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Business OS is a software-as-a-service platform that provides:
- Price comparison across Indian e-commerce platforms — including Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho.
- Landed-cost calculation (shipping, GST, commission, packaging, return reserves).
- AI-powered Buy / Wait / Avoid recommendations.
- Price history tracking and target-price alerts.
- Analytics dashboards for buyers and online sellers.
3. User accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately atsecurity@businessos.appof any unauthorised access.
4. Subscription plans & payments
Business OS offers Free, Premium, and Business plans. Fees, features, and usage limits for each plan are shown on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise.
- You may cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided.
- Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for verifiable duplicate charges or service outages.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written permission.
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or plan restrictions.
- Upload malicious code or use the Service to send unsolicited communications.
6. Marketplace transactions
Business OS does not sell products directly. Any purchase, return, refund, warranty, or delivery matter arising from a transaction on Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or any other marketplace is strictly between you and that marketplace. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for their outcomes.
7. AI recommendations
AI-generated Buy / Wait / Avoid decisions are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or business advice. You should exercise your own judgment before making a purchase. We do not guarantee that any recommendation will produce a specific financial outcome.
8. Intellectual property
The Business OS name, logo, code, and dashboard designs are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the data you provide (such as watchlist notes and target prices). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that data as needed to operate the Service.
9. Warranties & limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Business OS, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of applicable law.
11. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or an in-app banner at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
